Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $7.00 per order for standard shipping across the United States. All shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Handling & Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST)
Orders placed on weekends or official US federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Transit Time: 2–4 business days across the domestic United States.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–6 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to valid street addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. For international shipping inquiries or orders outside the US, please contact us at support@bravulo.us.

Order Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within these estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier logistics, severe weather events, or peak holiday volumes. We will notify you via email if your shipment encounters any significant delay.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
